1.1 Vision & Summary
An on-chain membership and rewards protocol for verifiable commitment
Red Horse (RH) is an on-chain membership and rewards protocol designed to bootstrap a durable ecosystem from first principles. Instead of waiting for a full-fledged platform to justify a token, RH starts with a simple, enforceable premise: membership is earned by commitment, and commitment is expressed transparently on-chain.
Early-stage projects commonly face the same structural trap—without meaningful participation, there is no ecosystem; without an ecosystem, there is little reason to participate. RH breaks this loop by making participation itself the product. Users lock RH to obtain membership tiers, and those tiers determine access, priority, and reward weights across community programs. This mechanism is usable immediately, even before downstream applications or partnerships mature.
P2E as an ecosystem use case (high-level). RH is intentionally designed to function without dependence on a single application, while remaining compatible with game-oriented programs such as play-to-earn (P2E) style seasonal campaigns. In such programs, membership tiers can be used to manage eligibility, weighting, and distribution rules under transparent criteria. Any P2E-oriented initiatives, if introduced, are intended to reward participation (not wagering) and are subject to applicable compliance and operational safeguards.
RH is built around three ideas:
Commitment creates signal. Locking makes long-term intent visible and verifiable.
Signal earns benefits. Membership tiers translate commitment into clear, predictable privileges.
Benefits reinforce participation. Rewards are distributed through a defined program that can be audited and evolved over time.
RH does not rely on speculative promises or guaranteed returns. Its value proposition is practical: a transparent membership framework, an incentive system with explicit rules, and a roadmap that expands utility as the ecosystem grows. The goal is to establish a repeatable foundation for community coordination—one that can later support integrations, content, and services without changing the core logic.
This whitepaper sets out RH’s design at a protocol level: the membership model (tiers, locking rules, and rewards), the RH token’s role and distribution framework, the technical architecture on Solana, security practices, governance scope, and the project roadmap, along with required disclaimers.
