A time-phased roadmap through 2030

RH’s roadmap is structured by time periods to keep execution measurable and easy to track. The timeline is directional and may evolve based on operational readiness, security considerations, and ecosystem opportunities. Material changes will be disclosed through the governance process.


2026 (Quarterly)

2026 Q1 — Launch & Baseline Operations

  • Deploy RH token and core contracts (locking + rewards module)

  • Publish official contract addresses (Section 4.4) and operational wallets

  • Enable membership locking and tier visibility (on-chain)

  • Launch initial epoch-based rewards with conservative budget caps

  • Establish baseline security controls (multisig, wallet separation, incident playbook)

  • Standardize official channels and community operations (X, Telegram)

2026 Q2 — Program Expansion & Integrity Hardening

  • Expand reward programs into multiple bounded campaign types (community + ecosystem)

  • Strengthen anti-bot / anti-sybil measures for incentive campaigns

  • Iterate tier thresholds and weighting parameters via governance (within constraints)

  • Improve transparency reporting (format, cadence, on-chain references)

2026 Q3 — Seasonal Campaign Pilots (Optional Game-Oriented Programs)

  • Pilot seasonal campaigns with published scoring rules and clear caps

  • Introduce optional game-oriented seasonal reward programs (P2E-style) tied to verifiable participation criteria

  • Establish campaign post-mortems and repeatable playbooks

2026 Q4 — Governance Maturity & Operational Scaling

  • Expand governance participation mechanisms in phases (operational → hybrid where appropriate)

  • Formalize a versioned parameter registry and proposal archive

  • Increase monitoring and periodic security reviews

  • Maintain disciplined emissions and treasury policy execution


2027 (Annual)

2027 — Ecosystem Standardization & Partner Growth

  • Standardize campaign frameworks (templates, integrity controls, reporting)

  • Expand partner initiatives and distribution channels where sustainable

  • Improve membership UX and reliability (tooling, dashboards, documentation)

  • Continue conservative emissions discipline and transparent treasury reporting


2028 (Annual)

2028 — Multi-Program Ecosystem & Governance Strengthening

  • Operate multiple recurring program tracks (membership, community, ecosystem initiatives) with clear caps

  • Strengthen governance processes (review windows, change limits, public artifacts)

  • Evaluate introduction of more formal participation signaling (where operationally safe)

  • Enhance security posture (reviews, monitoring, incident drills)


2029–2030 (Long-Term)

2029 — Sustainability Optimization

  • Optimize incentives for long-term health (reduce concentration risk, improve integrity safeguards)

  • Refine treasury strategy for resilience (budget predictability, reserves, reporting quality)

  • Maintain a stable, predictable parameter-change culture

2030 — Long-Term Credibility & Protocol Resilience

  • Maintain a mature operational cadence (weekly epochs, monthly reporting, quarterly reviews)

  • Preserve bounded governance and minimized discretionary risk

  • Keep the protocol simple, verifiable, and adaptable through program-layer evolution

  • Continue expanding ecosystem utility without changing the core membership primitive
